Fourth quarter numbers for Ford’s Colony are in!

A total of 32 home sales closed in Ford’s Colony from October through December – 13 in October, nine in November and 10 in December. These closings brought the 2018 year-end total of closed home sales – including townhomes and condos – to 146.

The average sales price was $502,189, with an average of 95 percent sold to the original list price.

Additionally, there were 56 active listings in Ford’s Colony as of Dec. 31, 2018. The average months supply of inventory was 8.4 months, and the average price per square foot was $153.

Average days on the market for under-contract homes was 88.6

Tom Benjamin sold his home at 104 Seven Oaks for $744,000, 96% of the original list price. He had this to say about his experience:
