23 Ford’s Colony homes closed in 1st quarter

Deelyn’s Ford’s Colony Market Watch newsletter for the first quarter is out. And the numbers show that 23 homes (including townhomes and condos) have closed year-to-date.

As of April 15, there were 76 active listings in Ford’s Colony, with average months supply of inventory at 6.3. The average sold price – $483,789 – was 91.8 percent of the original list price.

Average price per square foot of homes closed was $140. The average days on the market for homes under contract was 88.2.

Deelyn sold Greg and Jeannine Whitehead’s home at 113 Spyglass ahead of the family’s move to Texas. “Deelyn exceeded our expectations!” the Whiteheads said.  “She made everything easy – from the listing to closing.
